SFTP access was revoked for this account
Shown on the member SFTP panel when credential.revokedAt is set. Full text asks them to contact support if they need it restored. Same revoke state as SFTP access revoked, but longer member copy (auth API uses the short form).
Why this happens
Admin revoked SFTP for that user. The account page still loads, but connection details are blocked with this notice instead of host/user/password.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: Files → SFTP → Revoked users → Restore that account.
2. Tell the member to refresh Manage Account → SFTP and reconnect.
3. If restore fails, check global ingest / mod / tier gates (see SFTP ingestion is disabled and plan messages below).
4. Member: contact support — they cannot un-revoke themselves.
