Redeem failed
Redeem form shows account.redeem.failed (Redeem failed.) when /api/account/reseller/redeem is not OK and the response has no specific error string.
Why this happens
Generic fallback after a failed redeem. Client may instead show Enter a code (at least 4 characters), CSRF/security-token messages, Network error, or a server-specific invalid-code string.
Diagnose and fix
1. Paste the full code (≥ 4 characters); retry.
2. Refresh for a ready CSRF/security token.
3. Check connection (Network error).
