Admin payment detail or refund returned 404 Payment not found. for the given id.
Why this happens
Stale admin link, wrong id, or payment already removed from this database. Distinct from member Invoice not found / Payment order not found.
Diagnose and fix
1. Reload Payment transactions list; open the row again from search.
2. Confirm you are on the correct site/database.
3. If the charge exists only at the provider, reconcile there — the local row may never have been created.
4. Do not retry refund on a missing id.
