Paddle checkout is not enabled — add Paddle API credentials
paddle-checkout assert failed. Product: add Paddle API credentials in Admin → Settings → Payment and turn on Paddle checkout.
Why this happens
Enable flag false or required credentials missing before creating a Paddle transaction/checkout.
Diagnose and fix
1. Paste API key; enable checkout; save.
2. Configure webhook secret so paid events can credit the account.
3. Retry; if enabled but no URL, see Paddle did not return a checkout URL — verify your default payment link is approved.
