Move failed
My Files shows library.errors.moveFailed (Move failed) when a move/bulk-move request does not succeed.
Why this happens
Generic client fallback after a non-OK move response. Underlying causes often include Invalid destination folder, Destination folder does not exist, name conflicts, or Moving folders is not supported yet. Deselect folders to move files only.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh My Files library (browse, search, sort); pick a valid destination you own.
2. Deselect folders — move files only until folder move is supported.
3. Resolve name clashes in the target folder.
4. Retry; if the API returns a specific message, use that Help article.
