Max folders per user must be at least 1
Admin settings save returned 400 Max folders per user must be at least 1. when the value is empty/non-numeric or less than 1.
Why this happens
Site-wide cap must be a positive integer. Distinct from member Folder limit reached — you can create at most {max} folders (hit the configured max).
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin → Settings: set max folders ≥ 1 (and under the product absolute max if shown).
2. Save again.
3. Members who hit the cap: delete unused folders or raise the max.
