License could not be verified
License UI shows licenseRequired.statusMessages.unknown (License could not be verified.) when verification returns an unknown/unverified state.
Why this happens
Temporary license API issue, blocked outbound HTTPS, or incomplete key state. After grace ends: the longer grace-period message. Empty key: License key is required.
Diagnose and fix
1. Confirm the server can reach xfileultra.com.
2. Re-enter/activate the key in Admin → Settings (or the install wizard).
3. See What the license key does.
