File is not available for transfer
file-byte-transfer failed the job with File is not available for transfer.
Why this happens
File deleted, trashed, or otherwise not eligible when the transfer worker ran. Distinct from File has no storage path (row exists but path empty).
Diagnose and fix
1. Confirm the file still exists and is not in a blocked state.
2. Re-queue transfer only for available files.
3. Check trash/restore if the file was soft-deleted (Trash, restore, permanent delete).
