Could not revoke session
Account sessions UI shows account.sessions.revokeFailed when ending a session fails.
Why this happens
Network/API error, session already gone, or cannot revoke the current session via that control.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the sessions list; retry revoke.
2. Sign out everywhere if you need a full reset.
3. Admin: use Reset user 2FA / sessions only when appropriate.
