Could not load files
Library shows library.errors.loadFailed / Could not load files. when the listing request fails.
Why this happens
Network/API error or server failure — distinct from an empty library (no files yet).
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh; sign out/in if needed.
2. Try another folder/filter to isolate a bad path.
3. Admin: check member files API logs.
