Could not load document
The download page’s text/Markdown preview could not load (GET /{id}/document-preview failed or returned a non-OK response other than a mapped 413).
Why this happens
Network error, password/tier/geo/maintenance gate, storage offline, or Document Mod / show-documents off for the viewer. PDF often uses an iframe and may not show this exact line. Oversized files more often map to the “too large to preview” messages.
Diagnose and fix
1. Open DevTools → Network on document-preview and read status/body.
2. Mods → Document Mod on; Users & limits show-documents toggles for that tier.
3. Unlock password-protected files; confirm the storage server is healthy.
