Could not load advertisements
Admin ads API returned Could not load advertisements. (couldNotLoadAdvertisements). Related UI: “Could not load ads.”
Why this happens
Server/network/auth failure loading the ads collection.
Diagnose and fix
1. Refresh the Advertisements page; sign in again if the session expired.
2. Check connectivity (Network error).
3. Retry create/edit only after the list loads.
