Complete the captcha to continue
Login submit ran without a ready captcha token. Same idea as Complete the captcha before continuing, on the login form.
Why this happens
Captcha on login is on and keys work, but the visitor skipped or expired the widget. After enough failed attempts, captcha may appear based on captcha_attempts_h.
Diagnose and fix
1. Solve the captcha and sign in again.
2. Refresh if the widget looks stuck.
3. Admin: Captcha on login + provider keys; review Captcha attempts per hour.
4. Missing keys show the “not configured” messages instead.
