Premium pricing table shows Checkout is not available for this tier. (premium.planCard.checkoutUnavailable) instead of a buy button for that plan.
Why this happens
That plan/tier is not purchasable via checkout (disabled plan, no price, guest-only restriction, or admin hid checkout for that row). Not a gateway outage.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: Plan & pricing — Premium plans — enable the plan, set price, allow checkout.
2. Confirm the visitor’s role is allowed to buy that tier.
3. Offer contact/support if the plan is invite-only.
4. Distinct from gateway “not configured” when other plans still work.
