Banned
Affiliation referrals table shows status Banned (referrals.userStatuses.banned) for a referred user.
Why this happens
The referred account is banned on the site. This is a status label, not a payout API error. Banned referrals typically do not generate (or keep) usable commission activity.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin: review the referred user in Users; unban only if appropriate.
2. Affiliate: focus on active referrals; banned rows explain missing commissions.
3. Distinct from affiliation program disabled / not enabled messages for the affiliate themselves.
