Authorize.net checkout is not configured on this site
Public premium UI (premium.authorizeNet.notConfigured) when Authorize.net checkout is off or incomplete. Member-facing banner, not a raw API string.
Why this happens
Same configuration gap as the API “not configured” messages — shown on the marketing/premium surface when the gateway cannot be offered.
Diagnose and fix
1. Admin completes Authorize.net setup and enables checkout.
2. Reload the premium page; card/wallet options should appear.
3. Offer Stripe/PayPal/etc. if those are configured instead.
