Menu builder — logged-in / account menus
Two menus for members: the header User menu and the in-account Account menu.

How it works
User menu is the header logged-in dropdown (avatar trigger + member links / logout). Include Hi, user at most once (avatar-only or avatar + greeting/username). Default includes Account, My files, Upload, Affiliation, Reseller, Log out, plus Log in / Register for guests.
Account menu drives in-account navigation (Settings, Payments, Redeem, API, SFTP, Tickets). Eligibility filters hide premium/reseller links from users who do not qualify.
Custom links can show/hide for logged-in vs logged-out visitors. Saves together with the main menu.
Common problems
Two avatar rows
Only one avatar/greeting item is supported - remove the duplicate.
Guest-facing link vanished
A custom link set to hide when logged out will not appear for guests.
