When on, site owners can verify by adding a DNS TXT record.
Where to find it
Admin → Settings → Affiliation → Website DNS verification
Setting key: aff.webmaster_verify_dns
Default: on
Host: _xfile-affiliate.{domain}
Value: the verification token from their webmaster UI.
Common problems
TXT not found yet
DNS propagation delay - wait and retry. Wrong hostname (apex vs www).
