Default percent paid to the webmaster site owner on attributed sales when no higher-priority override applies.

Admin → Settings → Affiliation → Webmaster commission (%)
Setting key: aff.webmaster_commission_percent
Default: 10. Range 0-100. Combined with uploader % cannot exceed 100 on save.
Money path
1. Visitor attributed via ?wm= or Referer matching an approved verified site (xfa_wm)
2. They buy Premium / traffic with webmasterSiteId on the payment
3. Earner = site owner (approved webmaster); site approved + verified
4. Amount = floor(grossCents × percent / 100)
5. Percent priority: site revSharePercent if > 0 → per-user override → plan JSON → this global %
6. Role webmaster → Pending → Approved → withdrawable
If uploader and webmaster are the same user, the webmaster row is skipped (uploader keeps pay). Different users can both earn on one sale. Direct premium commission applies only when there is no file and no webmaster site on checkout.
